We may collect contact details, shipping information, order selections, submitted artwork, quote requests, account information, customer communications, and limited security or technical records needed to operate the website.
How we use information
We use information to prepare quotes and proofs, process and deliver orders, provide customer support, maintain business records, prevent fraud, secure accounts, and comply with applicable requirements.
Payments
Card payments are handled by Square. Crawdad Creations does not ask customers to submit complete payment-card numbers through artwork uploads, notes, email, or text. Manual payment services are governed by their own privacy practices.
Artwork and optional marketing
Submitted artwork is used to prepare, produce, deliver, and support the customer’s order. Featuring artwork or finished products in a portfolio, website, social media, or advertising is a separate optional choice. Declining that permission does not affect the order.
When information is shared
Information may be shared with providers that help host the website, store files, process payments, produce orders, communicate with customers, and deliver products. It may also be disclosed when reasonably required to protect customers, the business, or legal rights.
Retention and security
Records are kept only as long as reasonably needed for orders, support, accounting, fraud prevention, and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access to or correction of saved account information, ask questions about retention, or withdraw future marketing permission by calling or texting (859) 468-1441. Certain order and accounting records may need to be retained.
